About Our Guest

As the spiritual self love coach, Tara intuitively guides women towards getting to the root of their blocks, breaking those blocks down and then building them back up. Part of Tara’s mission involves teaming up with the body image movement and becoming a body image movement global ambassador and helping motivate and encourage women locally and globally to embrace and love their bodies at any size.
