Jen Hansard is the Cofounder + Creative Director of SimpleGreenSmoothies.com and co-author of the amazing book "Simple Green Smoothies: 100+ Tasty Recipes to Lose Weight, Gain Energy, and Feel Great in Your Body." Jen wasn't always a healthy food loving gal. In fact, she used to force herself to buy a bag of spinach because “it was healthy” and then watch it go bad in the fridge before she even opened it. She felt neurotic! She really wanted to eat better… but it wasn’t easy for her to down a salad as she just never liked the taste of them. Then her friend and now business partner Jadah Sellner told her about green smoothies and she has been hooked ever since.
