Are you stuck in an unfulfilling career that’s not making you happy? Do you wish you could take a leap of faith on your biggest passion?
Get pumped about today’s episode of Get Gutsy because I’m speaking with my longtime friend and the creator of Hoola Monsters, Abby Albaum.
I hired Abby as an intern back in our New York City public relations agency days. I just knew she was a superstar and I was right! We worked together for a few years and as fate would have it, we BOTH ended up resigning from that company at the exact same time. We had a joint going away party to celebrate the next chapter in our careers!
Abby shares her inspiring story and how movement meditation in the form of hoop dancing helped her overcome the darkest days of her life AND helped her build her entrepreneurial dream.
We also talk about pushing through uncertainty as an entrepreneur, unconscious eating, healing and transformation, trusting the signs, and so much more!
Tune in and find out how she transformed her life and quit her career in marketing to build a successful business empire with hoop dancing at its core.

Well prepare to lighten the load!
On today’s episode of Get Gutsy, I’m speaking with psychotherapist Juliet Keeler LeBien, who is here to help drain the trauma from your life for good.
We chat about the game-changing form of therapy called EMDR and how it can free your soul (I am living proof!).
Plus, we highlight the “ah-ha” moment that led to Juliet’s entrepreneurial journey, responding vs. reacting, dealing with mean girls, and so much more.
Prepare to ride the waves towards the life you deserve!

And of course, all this is served up with serious Jersey Girl attitude.
