We are living in a time of huge expansion, transition and uncertainty.
And there are many among us who carry a strong desire to spread LIGHT in the form of self-love, freedom and knowledge.
We feel this is our MISSION.
We are known as lightworkers.
It’s like we are being guided by forces outside of ourselves … as well as inside of us. It’s a full-time job, this lightworker business.
Lightworkers are often attracted to spirituality and to therapeutic work of some kind like yoga, reiki, coaching, massage, psychotherapy, art and other healing modalities.
Trauma, dark nights of the soul, and other challenging experiences tend to mark the lives of lightworkers, giving us much practice to be all we were designed to be. We tend to forge our own paths.
Are you a lightworker?
Dive into this episode to find out.
Want to feel more passionate about your work? Do you feel like you’ve hit a plateau and are unsure about what’s next?
On today’s episode of Get Gutsy, I’m joined by the amazing Kim Ferrara who shares her entrepreneurial journey and path to dreaming BIG, which has opened up the most incredible opportunities.
Listen and learn about the sacrifices that Kim has made as a mother, wife and busy entrepreneur. She also shares how she invested in herself in order to take her business to an entirely new level. Kim is a client in my mastermind and as soon as she submitted her application to work with me, I knew she was something special. A total powerhouse with a heart of gold and love for service. So pumped to share this episode with you.

I’ve owned my coaching business since 2008. I’ve seen A LOT of online businesses come and go. I’ve coached a lot of early-stage entrepreneurs and coaches.
And I’ve compiled a top 10 list of what’s holding you back from growing and helping more people.
Topics I touch on:
Compare and despair
Not doing the work
Busyness vs business
Falling in the “I can’t afford to get help” trap
No systems or structure
Wasting time
Being afraid to sell
Looking for shortcuts and magic pills
As Richard Branson has said, “If you spend your time looking for shortcuts, you will find one — right out of business. Creating a successful and profitable business takes time, since you build your reputation as customers learn to trust and rely on you, one by one.”
Commit to making a change today.
You can do this. Totally.
Do you feel comfortable in your own skin? Have you ever felt like you just didn’t fit in with the crowd? Have you been chasing happiness (and the wrong things) and not finding it?
Getting to your own happy place is a process and a choice. Happiness is something many seek, but few find … especially when it comes to doing work that you love.
Well I believe that it is TOTALLY possible to love your work while making a big impact in the world … and doing it your way.
And so does Clint Salter who you are going to adore. Clint was given permission from an early age to hold his own happiness as his highest achievement! His journey is nothing short of remarkable. Listen and learn as he inspires you to follow your heart and dare to be different.
About Our Guest
Clint Salter is the founder of the Dance Studio Owners Association, BabyBallet Australia & New Zealand and Raise The Barre Productions. His mission is to help Dance Studio Owners turn their passion for dance and teaching children into a profitable business.

Today here in the United States, we sit on the precipice of one of the most important presidential elections in the history of our country.
So it seems fitting to offer you up a podcast episode focusing on the spirit of democracy, voting and using your voice.
Listen, I know that this presidential campaign has been ROUGH.
I’ve seen, heard and felt some things that are ugly, sad, disheartening and unbelievable.
AND … I’ve seen, heard and felt some things that are amazing, exciting, joyful and awe-inspiring.
This election cycle has been wild. Seriously.
And even though I’ve been super frustrated by a lot of what has gone on with all of the major parties (and the media), you better believe that today I’ll be at my local fire station - the site of our polling place - VOTING.
Especially as a woman, I know that it wasn’t so long ago that I didn’t have this right to cast a vote. The old laws essentially said, “Lady, your voice doesn’t matter as much as a white man’s voice.”
And I thank my sisters who were part of the women’s suffrage movement who FOUGHT (oftentimes sacrificing their lives) for my right to cast my ballot.
So I dedicate this episode of Get Gutsy to them, the Suffragettes.
I hope you enjoy it.
Get out the vote.
