Shira Taylor Gura is passionate about helping people get unstuck. She is the author of Getting unSTUCK - Five Simple Steps to Emotional Well-Being. She created The S.T.U.C.K Method™ by drawing on her training as an occupational therapist and yoga instructor. She leads workshops in environments ranging from corporate offices, to educational institutions, and community centers. Her belief that a more mindful, compassionate life is available to anyone, anywhere is reflected on her blog. She lives with her husband and four children in Israel.
