About Our Guest

Juliette & Chocolat started with a passion and a frustration: Juliette Brun’s passion for chocolate and her frustration at not finding a hot chocolate that met her high standards. French but born in Brazil, Juliette travelled the world before settling in Montreal to study management at McGill. Her sweet tooth never left her so after obtaining her diploma she decided to open her dream restaurant: a warm and welcoming place dedicated to chocolate in all its forms, a place to treat the child in all of us.

Ten years and a lot of work later, Juliette & Chocolat now numbers six locations. The menu has grown, so has the team, but the mission is still the same: Juliette & Chocolat is a temple to chocolate, a place to indulge your sweet tooth.
