Today I want to talk to you about going where you can have the biggest impact.
I know that you are here to do something significant.
You’re here to change lives.
You’re here to make the world a better place.
And you’re going to get served up a lot of different questions, options, opportunities, and it is up to you, absolutely up to you, to be able to say yay or nay, to be able to pivot, to be able to go down one road you THINK is right … only to realize you need to hop on another road instead.
And this is okay.
This is more than okay.
But this isn’t always easy.
It can be very uncomfortable for you as you’re needing to disappoint some people because they want you to do something they think you should do.
This episode of Get Gutsy will give you the courage you need to use your energy wisely and to NOT get distracted by bright shiny objects.

When I went to my first-ever female entrepreneurs conference in late 2009, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. This event was unlike anything I’d ever been to before (and I used to produce conferences for a living and had seen a lot!).
I was at a crossroads in my business and life and was desperate for some guidance and direction. My coaching business was growing in numbers of clients, but it wasn’t a sustainable model and I was tired from only serving clients one-to-one (and to be honest, some of these clients weren’t my ideal clients). I was freakin’ scared because I had walked away from my 6-figure corporate job and there was no way I was going back and giving up the time I got to spend with my son I birthed earlier that year.
When I walked into that event in Las Vegas, along with 600 other entrepreneurs, I was mesmerized. And when it came time to apply for a live business makeover on the stage, I put my name in the hat trusting with every fiber of my being that I would be picked. I was.
It was during that moment on the stage that I saw all that was possible for me. I felt what it was like to have a rockstar coach who cared about me and had created really amazing results for her business and for the hundreds of students she had coached.
So, when the time came where this coach unveiled her year-long coaching and mastermind program, I just KNEW that I had to apply for membership.
Granted, this was my first time I had EVER heard of anything like this before. I hadn’t done any research. Hadn’t compared this program to that program. Nothing.
Fast forward 7 years later and I can confidently say that masterminds have had a HUGE impact on my success. So much so that I’ve been leading my own sacred masterminds for the past 5 years.
On this episode of Get Gutsy, we’re diving deep on the concept of masterminds and why they matter so much to your business.
Let’s go!

“Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people.” - Steve Jobs
This is a stone cold truth.
Dreams need teams.
Honestly, I have RESISTED this even though I totally believe in the power of teams.
I used to think, “more people, more problems.”
And yes, you will DEFINITELY hire some wrong fits in your quest to find the right fit.
It’s all part of the deal.
“Teamwork makes the dream work, but a vision becomes a nightmare when the leader has a big dream and a bad team.” -John C. Maxwell
I NEVER would be where I am today without hiring team.
Our 2016 sales are 63% higher than they were at this time last year.
There are many factors for this, and one of them is definitely a stronger TEAM.
What started as a business with only ME has evolved into a living, breathing company with some amazing people on the ship with me!
Curious about my team structure now?
